2 Lab: The Pre-Launch Pass 25 min
Walk your product the way a stranger would, fix what you find, and get it ready to be seen.
3 Finding Your First Ten Users 20 min
Where the first real people come from, and why ten is the right number to aim for rather than a thousand.
4 Handling Feedback Without Rebuilding Everything 20 min
Turn what people tell you into a short list of changes, and learn which feedback to deliberately ignore.
5 Lab: Turn Feedback Into a Change 25 min
Take one real piece of feedback, decide what to do about it, ship the change, and tell the person you did.
6 What Happens After This 10 min
